At Vishwakarma Engineering Works, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which order cancellations are accepted and any applicable charges.
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the product is dispatched from our factory or warehouse. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels, such as phone, email, or written request, along with the order or invoice details.
If a cancellation request is made after dispatch, the order will be treated as a return. In such cases, transportation, loading, unloading, and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
The customer will also be responsible for the return transportation cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders for customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products cannot be canceled once production has started. This includes products manufactured according to specific customer requirements, tractor compatibility, or special specifications.
If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges such as administrative costs, banking charges, and transportation expenses, if any.
Refunds will normally be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Vishwakarma Engineering Works reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
