Such variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.

Orders will be processed only after receipt of payment or as per agreed credit terms. Applicable taxes, including GST, transportation, and other charges, will be charged as per government regulations and order terms.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, transporter availability, and external conditions. Vishwakarma Engineering Works will make reasonable efforts to deliver products on time but shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.
Risk and responsibility for the product may transfer to the customer upon dispatch or delivery, as agreed in the order terms.
Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or defect must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt.
Failure to report issues at the time of delivery may be treated as acceptance of the product in good condition.
Customers are responsible for proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the product according to the user manual and recommended guidelines.
Vishwakarma Engineering Works shall not be responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification, or use of incompatible tractors or equipment.
Warranty coverage, if applicable, is limited to manufacturing defects and material defects under normal usage conditions.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the respective company policies. Customers are advised to review the Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy before placing an order.
Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges such as transportation, handling, or administrative costs.

The company's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

All product designs, drawings, specifications, logos, and brand names of Vishwakarma Engineering Works are the property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of transactions with Vishwakarma Engineering Works shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat.
