At Vishwakarma Engineering Works, we are committed to delivering reliable agricultural machinery and ensuring customer satisfaction. To maintain a smooth and transparent return and replacement process, customers are requested to read the following policy carefully.
Any complaint regarding damage, defect, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be considered, except in cases covered under warranty.
Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery and record photos or videos during unloading or unpacking. This proof may be required in case of claims related to damage, defects, or missing parts.
A return or replacement will be accepted only if the product has not been used, damaged, or modified after delivery and is returned in its original condition with all supplied parts, accessories, and documents. The replacement process will begin only after confirmation that the returned product has been handed over to the transporter or delivery partner.
If a product is received in damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours with proper evidence. Vishwakarma Engineering Works will review the complaint and decide the appropriate resolution after inspection.
If the delivered product differs from the order confirmation in model or specification, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, necessary corrective action will be taken.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as ordering the wrong model, change of mind, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or operation beyond recommended capacity. If a return is accepted in such situations upon customer request, transportation and handling charges will be deducted.
Customers must follow the installation and operating instructions provided with the product. Vishwakarma Engineering Works will not be responsible for damage caused due to improper installation, incorrect tractor compatibility, unauthorized modification, or misuse of the equipment.
For machinery-related complaints, the company may arrange inspection by a technician or authorized representative. The final decision regarding repair or replacement will be based on the inspection report.
Any damage during transportation must be reported immediately at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery receipt. Claims made after accepting delivery without reporting damage may not be considered.
Vishwakarma Engineering Works reserves the right to refuse returns or services in cases of misuse of the return policy or repeated unreasonable claims.
